The Problem

PT Sato Sara Semesta operates Indonesia's premium robotic carwash network under the Carwash Park brand. As they expanded to 20+ outlets, they faced critical operational challenges: customers had no way to book ahead (leading to long queues), outlets managed orders manually (causing confusion between walk-in and phone bookings), and there was no unified system to track customer loyalty or run promotions across locations.

The Solution

Developed an integrated business suite with two interconnected applications. SATO Customer empowers customers to book online, skip queues, earn loyalty points, and receive exclusive promotions. SATO POS enables outlet staff to manage the complete order lifecycle — from confirmation through queue management, service processing, to payment — while seamlessly handling both app orders and walk-in customers. The two apps sync in real-time, creating a unified operational view.
