The Solution
Developed an integrated business suite with two interconnected applications. SATO Customer empowers customers to book online, skip queues, earn loyalty points, and receive exclusive promotions. SATO POS enables outlet staff to manage the complete order lifecycle — from confirmation through queue management, service processing, to payment — while seamlessly handling both app orders and walk-in customers. The two apps sync in real-time, creating a unified operational view.
