SATO Robotic Carwash is the customer-facing app for PT Sato Sara Semesta's premium Carwash Park network. It transforms the traditional carwash experience — no more waiting in line, no more guessing when your car will be ready.
With the app, customers can browse nearby Carwash Park outlets, view available services and pricing, and book their preferred time slot. Once booked, they simply drive in, scan the QR code, and skip straight to the service bay. The app shows real-time progress: "Your car is being washed" → "Drying in progress" → "Ready for pickup."
The loyalty program rewards regular customers with points for every transaction. Points can be redeemed for discounts or free services. App-exclusive promotions make it worthwhile to book through the app rather than walking in.
